How do I book a hamam session?

Pick a hamam, choose a service and section, then select a date and time from the live calendar - every slot shown is genuinely available, there's no double-booking. Enter your guest details, pay the deposit or full amount, and your request is sent straight to the venue.

What does the 'Instant' badge mean?

Venues marked Instant confirm your booking automatically the moment you pay, no waiting. Other venues review and confirm requests themselves, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours.

When is my card charged?

We authorise (place a hold on) your card when you book, but only capture the charge once the venue confirms - or immediately for Instant bookings. If a venue can't accommodate your request, the hold is released automatically and you're never charged.

Do I pay a deposit or the full amount?

That depends on the venue: some take a small deposit online with the balance settled at the hamam, others take full payment upfront. The booking page always shows exactly what is due now and what is due on arrival before you pay.

What happens if the venue proposes a different time?

Occasionally a venue can't honour your exact time and will offer an alternative instead of declining outright. You'll get an email and a link to accept or decline the new time - your card is only charged once you accept, and nothing changes if you decline.

How do I check in on the day?

Your confirmation email and account both include a QR code voucher for each section of your booking. Show it on your phone (or print it) at reception and staff will scan you in - no paper forms, no queueing.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, from your confirmation page or account under 'My reservations'. Each venue sets its own cancellation window, shown on the booking page before you pay; cancelling within that window refunds any amount already charged.

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

No - you can book as a guest with just your name, email and phone number. Creating a free account lets you track every reservation, re-download vouchers and rebook faster next time.

Can I book for a mixed group of men and women?

Yes. If a hamam has separate men's and women's sections, you'll assign each guest to a section during booking and we treat it as one linked reservation with one payment - each section confirms independently, so you'll see per-section status on your booking page.

Can I add extras like a massage or scrub?

Accepted Answer

Where a venue offers add-ons - a scrub, oil massage, tea service and similar - they appear as optional extras per guest during booking, with the price and any extra time added to your total upfront.

What currency am I charged in?

Accepted Answer

You pay in the currency the venue prices in, shown clearly throughout checkout; we don't add currency conversion fees ourselves, though your bank may apply its own exchange rate.

How do I leave a review?

Once your visit is marked complete, we'll email you an invitation to rate and review the hamam. Only guests with a completed booking can leave a review, so every review on the site reflects a real visit.
